Rivality Delete your Rivality Fit account
How to request deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject Delete my account.
- Send it from the email address you use to sign in to Rivality Fit, so we can confirm the account is yours.
- We confirm by email and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and email address
- Your profile name
- Your workout plans, logged sessions and personal records
- Your push notification token
- Your membership in your duo and your challenge history
What may be kept
Crash reports and anonymous usage events held by our monitoring providers are kept only for their standard retention period and are not linked back to you. If the law requires us to keep a specific record, we keep only that record, only as long as required.
Your rival will no longer see your data once your account is deleted. Their own account and history are not affected.
